About the Event
The Owensboro Air Show will be held at several days and times throughout September. The cost per person is $5 and kids 10 and under get in for free. Below, we take a look at each day and go in-depth with what the air shows have to offer.
When & Where
There are several opportunities for you to see the Owensboro Air Show during the month of September. You have the option of the following dates:
- Friday, September 14: This air show will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Owensboro Regional Airport. At this show, guests have the chance to get up close and personal with the military and civilian aircraft. You’ll also be able to meet some of the pilots of the aircraft. Afterward, they will take to the skies in an extraordinary performance followed by fireworks.
- Saturday, September 15: This air show will be held from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Downtown Riverfront in Downtown Owensboro.
- Sunday, September 16: This air show will be held from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Downtown Riverfront in Downtown Owensboro.
